SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If goods are refunded, all postage costs are at the responsibility of the customer. If you have ordered a product online and it is the incorrect size, please notify us IMMEDIATELY so that we can arrange a new size for you. If after the 30 days has passed, then we are unable to Exchange or offer you a Store Credit due to the policy at Dancewear by Lana. Please make sure you choose carefully and read through the Terms & Conditions before making your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Size will vary between ALL brands.

Please Note that due the Health Regulations we CANNOT accept returns or exchanged on all hosiery or underwear. (This is inclusive of tights bought of wrong colour and even if the packaging is unopened and socks.)

Please keep in mind that if you require a different size, colour or change of item ALL postage costs are at the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The Product is found faulty
  • The incorrect size or colour has been sent at fault of Dancewear by Lana
  • The product is returned in its original packaging (unworn and in its original condition) will ALL labels and tags attached.
  • Good are returned within the 30days of invoice date.
  • You notify us of your intention to return

You can advise us of the intentions to return by emailing us with:

  • Your Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Details of Fault and instructions as to whether you would prefer a replacement or refund

Not included are non-returnable items (Giftware, RAD, Hair accessories, Hosiery/Underwear and goods damaged in transit)

On Sale or Discounted items or damaged goods cannot be reformed, refunded, or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept the responsibility for goods lost in transit.

There is strictly a NO refund, NO Return or NO Exchange policy on items that are classified as ON SALE, DISCOUNTINUED, OR DAMANGED GOODS as we can not get access to these items once sold. Please choose carefully on these items. This Policy is for ALL Online and IN Store purchases, please ask before processing your payment if you are unsure as to your size.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email or phone within 24hrs of placing your order. We will provide you with a refund and notify you via SMS as soon as this is completed. If your items are posted to you and you requested a tracking notification, we are unable to cancel you order, once you receive your items you are welcome to return it following the above instructions. Dancewear by Lana will not guarantee a refund of your items if it has taken a big longer in transit as per our shipping/postage policy due to Worldwide Delays with all carries due to COVID-19. Please be aware of the fees involved of returning your item. Please make sure you have read our postage Terms and Conditions prior to asking for a refund/exchange or return as item that you have purchased online if you are not happy with the Time Frame of Delivery.

LAYBY

You may place a layby with Dancewear by Lana under ‘normal’ circumstances are 4 weeks (and is at the discretion of management to change or alter this time depending on the circumstances.)

A deposit must be made of 30% of the total cost of goods.

Weekly payments must be made of 25% for the second week, 25% for the third week and then the balance on the 4th week of the remaining 20%.

Payment Plans can be arranged for personalization on request.

Failure to make payments will result in 10% per week taken from the total for a holding fee, Failure to collect your layby will result in a Re-Stocking fee of the 30% deposit made on the initial payment, plus any further payments made towards your layby.

This may change at any time and only Management has the authority to overturn policies.

AVAILABILITY

Dancewear by Lana stocks from many different suppliers and we do our very best to have as much stock in stock as possibly for your convenience. However, if we don’t have it, or you want something very specific we can order it in and in most cases have it in store within 7 days. (We say most cases because sometimes there are things beyond our control). Our products are shown in-stock and the website is not always updated before the website says, ‘Out of Stock’. Products can sell out before out stock on our website says its ‘Sold Out’. If your order is urgent and is required by a certain date, please contact us immediately so we can ensure that all your products can be sourced in time for you. If we cannot source an item that is sold out, we will offer an alternative (different brand, style, or different size) or we will offer a refund of that item. If you are ever in doubt, please feel free to contact the store via phone or email prior to purchasing.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Your delivery options are:

  • Domestic – Australia (Australia Post)
  • In Store Collection at Dancewear by Lana
  • Afterhours Collection (Must contact store to organize this)

Delivery on Dream Duffel

Yes, it is possible to have a Dream Duffel shipped out to you. We will do up a quote first of postage costs before payment as these can be quite costly. You must contact the store via email or phone to organize payment and delivery details.

Dancewear by Lana’s has a set delivery rate for Domestic Post and Express Post.

  • Domestic Post – $10.00
  • Express Post – $15.00
  • In Store Pick-Up – Free

Bulky Items will incur an additional post charge of $5.00. This will be calculated AFTER your payment has been processed and prior to dispatch. You will be notified via email or phone of this delivery charge for your approval.

Please allow up to 2-5 days for processing and handling and 3-10 business days after the processing time to allow for delivery of goods. We ask that you allow up to aa minimum of 15 business days for your delivery before contacting us in regards to a missing or delayed parcel. If your item are going to take longer than this then a Dancewear by Lana Staff Member will be in contact with you in regards ti yiyr order and talk to you about what options we have. This will also include Express Post as postage is beyond our control. If your order is URGENT, please be in contact with us first to see what we can do to ensure that your delivery is ON-TIME!

Dancewear by Lana will NOT REFUND any items that have been delayed in transit as delivery times are beyond our control. Please make sure you have read the above postage terms and conditions prior to sending any items back to Dancewear by Lana.

Please DO NOT JUST send parcels back to us with out getting in contact and discussing with us first! Dancewear by Lana will not just refund out items if you decide to post back. Refunds WILL NOT BE given out for delays in transit.

You will be notified if any of your items will be placed on backorder (Which may cause a delay in delivery).

TRACK MY ORDER

We use Australia Post Express and Parcel Post Services for deliveries. All orders are tracked by Dancewear by Lana. Please contact us if you would like to track your order’s progress.

IN STORE PICK-UP
Pick up from Dancewear by Lana Toowoomba during business hours. You will be notifed by SMS once your order is ready for collection. If you are unable to collect your order we can arrange delivery for our ‘Flat Rate Shipping’ of $10.00.

PLEASE NOTE: That ALL orders placed after close of business will not be processed until the next day. Some Online Orders don’t come through straight away and might take a couple of hours to hit our system. If you are concerned, please contact us straight away.

Your order is not guaranteed to be ready the next day. You will receive a SMS once your order is ready for collection.

You will receive a notification as soon as it is ready and the status of our order as soon as our processing team receives your order. If you require your item by a certain time or date please make sure you write in the notes section or contact the store.

Please do not attempt to collect your order without receiving a SMS notification first.

ALL postage costs of returned items are at the responsibility of the customer and is not of Dancewear by Lana responsibility. NO postage costs are refunded. We accept NO responsibility for damages of goods in transit. We accept NO responsibility of any delays in transit. NO refunds or exchanges are given on items that are on sale/discounted/damaged goods or after the 30 day of purchase date.  Please make sure items are chosen correctly and if unsure about sizing please send us a message prior to purchase.
