Deliveries & Returns
Where products are proved to be faulty, Dancewear & Gifts By Lana is happy to exchange that item for the same product.
Dancewear & Gifts By Lana reserve the right to assess a damaged product and choose to repair minor damage.
If goods are returned due to incorrect size ordered, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that due to regulations we cannot accept returns on hosiery, underwear and wigs (unless deemed faulty).
Please choose carefully as we are happy to exchange but do not refund. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please phone 07 4613 0666 within 5 days of receiving you order. We are happy to exchange your order or offer a credit, but will not refund for change of mind.
Cancelling Your Order: If you need to cancel your order please contact us by phone or email.
Additional postage may be purchased when exchanging items for change of mind, or if you wish to change the size of an item.
If an item is faulty or incorrectly sent Dancewear & Gifts by Lana will pay the postage and additional postage will not be required.
Returns will only be accepted if:
You can request a RAN by emailing us with: your name, address, phone number and details of the fault and instructions as to whether you would prefer a replacement or store credit.

Please Note: Once in the hands of Australia Post, Dancewear & Gifts By Lana are no longer responsible for the delivery of your parcel, this in now the responsibility of Australia Post.
